Lozenets Village

Lozenets has long been a favourite destination for holidaymakers wanting to relax. There are many small hotels to choose from. It is less hectic than Primorsko, but even so there is a good choice of bars that are open all night. There is plenty to do.

Three large sandy beaches, and several smaller beaches are near to Lozenets.

From Coral beach in the north, to Oasis beach in the south.

Go with the crowds, or find your own private space, there is plenty of choice.

Location

Lozenets is in the municipality of Tsarevo, about 5km north of Tsarevo town.

Watersports

A new watersports centre opens in 2008, with one of the largest diving centres in Europe. It is located near Oasis, south of Lozenets village.

Lozenets, Lozenetz?

Lozenets is also spelt 'Lozenetz' or 'Lozenec'. The Bulgarian spelling is Лозенец.

The name means 'vineyard' and there are several other villages in Bulgaria with the same name.
